Welcome
I’m Sarah, a UKCP registered Clinical Psychotherapist & Counsellor supporting individuals and couples to build a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
Your Therapy Journey
Starting therapy is a courageous step, one that leads to greater self-awareness, healing and transformation. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship changes or feeling stuck, therapy offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and emotions.
It’s not always about having answers, it’s about discovering them together at your own pace. Your journey will begin with understanding, unpacking the patterns, fears and emotions that may be holding you back. From there, we’ll work on building tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based techniques, we’ll move toward healing, growth and a life that feels more fulfilling. No matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to go through it alone, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My approach
I believe that therapy should be a deeply personal and transformative experience. For individuals, I provide a compassionate space to explore emotions, uncover patterns and develop tools for healing.
For couples, my approach centers on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust and fostering deeper emotional connection. Relationships come with challenges, but they can also be a source of growth and fulfillment..
I help partners navigate conflict, break unhealthy cycles and reconnect in meaningful ways.

Starting therapy today can be one of the most empowering decisions you make for your well-being. The sooner you start, the sooner you can begin to experience relief, clarity and a greater sense of control over your life. There’s no perfect time to begin, why not take the first step today?
Areas of Specialism
Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like a constant weight on your chest, racing thoughts, restless nights and a sense of unease that doesn’t fade. Whether you’re struggling with excessive worry, panic attacks or stress, I used evidence-based approaches, like cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help you build resilience and confidence.
Depression
Depression can feel like a heavy fog, making it hard to find motivation, joy or even the energy to get through the day. But, you don’t have to face it alone. In our work together, we’ll create a safe, supportive environment to understand your experience and uncover the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Couples therapy
Relationships can be both beautiful and challenges. Sometimes, you may need support. My approach focuses on understanding each partner’s needs, improving communication and fostering deeper emotional connection. No matter where you are in your relationship, healing and growth are possible.
